Welcome to the “Legalese” Part of Raising Clovers!
Since KristiClover.com (also known as Raising Clovers) uses affiliated links and other various means to monetize this blog, I am required to have all this legal information on my site.
Running a blog costs money, and by monetizing this blog, I'm hoping to help offset some of these costs. Plus any additional income helps to feed my five children — who never seem to get full. 😉
Honestly, it takes a lot of time to produce this blog. It is my labor of love. I love that there is a way for me to reach out and encourage other moms across the globe all while at home with my family. Blogging is a hobby of mine — & I run this blog like it is a hobby, not a business. I guess you can call me a “hobby-mommy blogger.” 🙂 I will say that my “blog ministry” did grow to become a business in 2016 when I first introduced my Ultimate Homeschool Organization eCourse*.
Of course, I would feel very blessed if the Lord grew this blog in a way to bring in meaningful income. Who can't use more income, right? But as a promise to my husband and my family, I cannot and will not run this blog as a business. There is a business side to this, since we are talking about monetization after all. What I mean is that I'm trying really hard to not let blogging become a job. As I mentioned in one of my very first posts, one of my rules for myself is “not to forget my first priorities” — and my family takes priority over this blog.
I really feel like the Lord has called me to use this blog as my ministry: my ministry to other moms and homeschool parents. I feel like this world tries so hard to burden us with busyness. I want to help take that burden off. That's why my motto is: Simple Solutions for a More Joy-Filled Life!Â
I want to help free up time for you with my tips for easy meal planning, parenting, home organization, & homeschool management. I have spent so much time and so many years researching and putting ideas together to make my family life run smoother. I just want to save you the time, and put it all here on the blog.
Plus, don't laugh, I do this for my children and their families. I want them to be able to come to this blog and see “how mom did things.” 🙂
With all that said, here is the boring stuff I have to have on my blog in order to monetize it so I can help offset some of the costs to run it (as I already mentioned).
This will hopefully be the only boring page you ever look at on Raising Clovers. If you read all the way to the end I feel like I should give you a “gold star” for truly loving Raising Clovers so much that your read ALL my pages and posts (even this one). 🙂 (Hopefully, you are subscribed so I can give you actual “rewards” like the freebies I try to put together for you).

Thank you for creating this blog. I am so interested in homeschooling my kinesthetic learner child, but I was so worried that I may not be good enough, even though he was reading before he started preschool. Your you tube video were the first ones that I looked at and I feel so empowered on doing it now more than ever. My son is almost finish in a private preschool and will be transferring him in christian school this August. But now I really am considering keeping both my kids home (3 1/2, and almost 2). How financially… I’ll be praying a lot about it. Thank you again for blessing me with these wonderful tips and guidance on how to get started.
