Welcome to the Simply Joyful Podcast
Episode #014 with Rhonda Stoppe
We all need mentor moms in our life! This episode with Rhonda is cram-packed with awesome-ness. If you are a mom, YOU NEED to hear the wisdom & perspective that Rhonda shares! Seriously, I could not have picked a better way to end Season One of the podcast than with this amazing episode.
Rhonda rocked my world in this conversation. She is the ultimate Titus 2 mentor mom. She not only brings perspective to motherhood, but shares practical advice that I know will help me in my parenting…especially my parenting of my boys. To top it all off, Rhonda is so inspiring with her knowledge and memorization of the Word. She was quoting Scripture all throughout. Man, I was convicted that I need to do a better job making memorization a bigger priority. Incredible.
You will laugh and cry in this episode (good tears). I hope you love this conversation with Rhonda as much as I did. And I want to make sure to wish you…

On a “Simply” & “Joyful” side note…
Well, I'll be honest…we didn't make it to this section. We talked for so long that I didn't ask her how she simplified. After listening back to this episode again, I found joy tips throughout.
Rhonda and I were both featured speakers at the Valley Home Educators Convention in Modesto, CA last year. It was a lot of fun getting to see her again. I love it when my speaking schedule lines up with hers.

…Rhonda is a woman of the Word. Here are a few of the verses she shared. There were so many. Amazing! I was inspired to do a better job memorizing the Word.

How to Listen to The Simply Joyful Podcast!
If you are new to the concept of listening to podcasts, then “Wow!” are you in for a treat. It's kind of like an OnDemand radio station. They are so easy to listen to when you are on the go running errands or shuttling kids or just getting projects done around the house. My favorite time to listen to my favorite podcasts is while I'm out for a walk or folding laundry.
1) Subscribe to the Podcast! You won't miss an episode when you subscribe on iTunes or Stitcher. You can always access the podcast from either of these venues by searching for “Simply Joyful Podcast.”
Subscribe via iTunes HERE (for Apple devices)
Subscribe via Stitcher HERE (for Android devices)
2) Listen on your Phone! This is my preferred method of listening. If you have an iDevice (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch), then you can listen on Apple's purple podcast app that comes on your device. If you have a non-iDevice, then Stitcher Radio is great to use. You can easily search for podcasts, subscribe, and — my favorite part — speed up the audio.
3) Listen right here on my Website! Super simple! All you have to do is just click on the play button on the podcast player located at the top of this post.
A Special Thanks to…
Rend Collective for allowing me to use their incredible song “The Joy of the Lord is My Strength.” This song has so much special meaning to me and it highlights the theme verse for my podcast — Nehemiah 8:10. Be sure to check out their music! They are such a fun band to listen to…and to see live.

Blessings and joy,
A friend recently shared your podcast with me. Of course I went back and started with episode 1! Just listened to episode 14. THANK YOU! I have four children and my three oldest are boys. This podcast gave me insight into my thirteen year old and some things I can do to continue to connect with him and encourage him as he is growing into a young man.
That’s so fun to hear! Yay! I’m so happy you found me! Yes, this episode with Rhonda is amazing! She is such an amazing Titus 2 woman. She was just on Dr. James Dobson’s podcast recently. I feel like I can say, “I knew her when.” 🙂
